The Masoneilan 31000 Series control valve is an eccentric plug control valve lined with PFA, specifically designed for corrosive applications and featuring the following attributes:
The eccentric rotary plug configuration ensures superior throttling control precision, minimal dynamic forces, and effective sealing. Its straight-through flow design facilitates high flow rates.
The PFA lining of the Masoneilan 31000, which maintains a guaranteed minimum wall thickness, offers robust protection against a wide range of corrosive substances.
The rotary mechanism significantly lessens wear on the packing compared to conventional linear valves. Furthermore, the standard configuration includes PTFE/Graphite packing and chevron rings, supported by a double O-ring follower to enhance reliability in corrosive environments.

The actuator linkage is fully enclosed and features a combination handwheel with an adjustable limit stop and locking system.
