Masoneilan 78400 / 18400 Series Advantages

The Axial Flow LincolnLog design employs a convoluted pathway to evenly distribute pressure loss along the axis of the plug. The axial stages operate in concert as the plug moves, ensuring that staging ratios remain consistent at all lift positions. Both velocity and pressure drop are regulated, thereby preventing cavitation and subsequent trim damage. This valve proves to be exceptionally efficient in applications involving pump recirculation and high-pressure liquid letdown, particularly in Hydrotreater processes.
